The kitchen is fitted with Tuscan distressed pine
units with granite work surfaces, it is equipped with
all the modern amenities including oven, hob, large
fridge and freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
The Villa is all on ground level with a total area of 260 sq. Mt. With the occasional steps to the different levels, it is full of
charm and character with it's natural clay floor tiles and pine ceilings and centered around the open plan kitchen area
with archways through to the dining area and the cosy lounge.
The living area is around 80 sq. Mt. And gives ample space for large family's / groups.
